Scirocco Dance Theatre is an emerging company co-founded by choreographer and researcher Irene Fiordilino and sound designer Aidan Good. Together with many associate artists they work at the intersection between choreography and architecture.
The company's aim is to promote - through performance - sustainable and ecological forms of inhabiting and cohabiting in our urban spaces, placing an emphasis on the liminal encounters between the natural and the artificial. Their work has been supported by artistic residencies, featured in art magazines, and presented internationally.
